Privacy & browser storage
Updated October 27, 2026. FiftyField is operated by LIKE A KING INC, a New York corporation. Business correspondence: One World Trade Center, Suite 8500, New York, NY 10007, United States. Use our contact page for privacy enquiries and requests.
Contact FiftyField01 — Who is responsible
LIKE A KING INC is responsible for the FiftyField storefront and the information described here. Our correspondence address is not a returns warehouse or a walk-in shop. Contact us before sending a garment. Development credits and links to other websites are not customer-support channels.
02 — Information you provide
You can browse, search and save favourites without creating an account. When you use a contact form, create an account, request updates or place an order, we use the information needed for that activity. Please do not put card numbers, passwords, identity documents or unrelated sensitive information in messages to us.
03 — Cookies, bag, favourites and preferences
Shopping selections and preferences are stored in this browser under fiftyfield:production-bag:v1, fiftyfield:wishlist:v1 and fiftyfield_consent_v1. These values can contain product identifiers, sizes, colors, quantities and your cookie choice. They support the controls you choose to use; they do not reserve stock or place an order.
Account sign-in uses a first-party authentication cookie. Analytics and advertising tracking are off. The cookie-preferences control explains these current settings; it does not give consent to additional tracking.
04 — Installation and offline browsing
If you install FiftyField, your browser can save public pages, interface files, fonts and product images for repeat visits and some offline browsing. Installation does not create an account, subscription or marketing consent. The service worker excludes API, payment and private administrative responses. Offline pages may be older than the current catalog; review the online product and total before paying. Browser site-data controls remove cached copies.
05 — Technical and security information
Our hosting, database and network services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as an IP address, requested page, browser headers, response status and request time. We use this information for operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention. Access to private records is restricted to authorised operators and service providers performing those tasks.
06 — Contact enquiries
The contact form records your email address, topic, message, selected language, privacy acknowledgement and submission time in our private database; your name is optional. Authorised staff use these records to review and respond to your enquiry. The form does not send its text to an AI provider and does not subscribe you to marketing.
The on-screen receipt confirms that your message was saved in the private inbox. It is not an automatic email reply or an approval of a return. Abuse prevention uses keyed hashes derived from network and email details and short-lived rate counters; the contact table does not retain the raw network address. Older rate counters are removed during later contact traffic.
07 — Accounts and private administration
An account stores your email, display name, a password hash where password registration is used, and sign-in sessions. Sessions include technical details used for security. Production sign-in cookies are Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; sessions have a seven-day validity period and may refresh after a day of continued use. Sign out to end your current session. Password registration does not itself verify ownership of the entered email address.
Optional Google sign-in requests openid, email and profile, not access to Gmail or Drive. It can provide an account identifier, name, email and profile image. Retained Google tokens are encrypted in the server database. Linking a Google identity to an existing account requires an explicit signed-in action. You can revoke Google access in your Google Account settings.
The owner dashboard and contact inbox require authentication and authorisation. They are used to manage support and store operations. Private customer records are not included in the public product catalog.
08 — Product updates
If you explicitly request product or collection updates, we record your email, selected topic, language and consent wording, together with confirmation and unsubscribe records. Where an email confirmation is issued, the request must be confirmed before it becomes an active subscription. You can withdraw an update request through its unsubscribe link or the contact page. Shopping, account creation and support enquiries do not automatically enrol you in marketing.
09 — Search and the shopping assistant
Catalog search uses the words you enter to find product information. The assistant can answer from catalog data; when external model assistance is enabled, your message, relevant conversation context and selected catalog facts are sent to the configured AI service to generate its response. Do not submit sensitive information. Assistant replies do not approve refunds, place orders or replace product and checkout information.
10 — Languages
The website is provided in U.S. English. Your messages, bag and browsing history are never sent to a live translation service.
11 — Payments and order records
Payments take place on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Stripe collects the payment details and customer contact and delivery information required for the transaction under its own privacy notice. FiftyField does not collect or store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Our payment ledger records the order reference, Stripe session and payment references, selected products and supplier variants, quantities, amounts, timestamps and payment or fulfilment status. It does not store card details, the customer email, delivery address or raw payment-notification body. Authorised staff can use the Stripe order record to handle payment support, refunds and delivery.
12 — Production, delivery and service providers
Paid garment orders are reviewed by our team and submitted to Printful for production. We share the order items and the customer information needed to make and deliver them with the fulfilment partner and carriers. Stripe, hosting, database and security providers also process information needed for their services. We do not sell your contact enquiry or use it as permission for advertising.
13 — Retention and processing locations
We retain support, account, consent and transaction records for the time needed to provide the requested service, handle returns and disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact and account records are not automatically erased when you close the browser. Ask us to review, correct or delete your information through the contact page; records required for an existing order, legal obligation or dispute may need to be retained.
FiftyField is operated from the United States. Our payment, production and infrastructure providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they provide their services. Clearing browser data does not delete information already held by us or those providers.
14 — Protecting information
We use access controls, authenticated private tools and secure connections to protect information. No online service can promise absolute security. Keep your account credentials private, sign out on shared devices and tell us if you believe your account or an order has been misused.
15 — Your requests and choices
Use the contact page to ask about access, correction, deletion, a consent choice or a privacy concern. State the request and provide enough information to locate the relevant record. We may need proportionate verification to protect your information; do not send a password or payment-card data. We handle requests under the law that applies and explain any information we must retain.
16 — Young visitors and updates
The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek their personal information. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact us so we can review it. This notice is updated when our processing changes; the date above identifies the current version.
